This soy sauce is a koikuchi soy sauce. It has been fermented naturally, without additive and matured 3 years in Japanese cypress barrels. This soy sauce is made with Japanese soy and wheat and sun-dried salt.
Flavor : A typical flavor of koikuchi soy sauce and it is very rich in umami.
Use : It can be used in all your preparations often as a replacement of salt. It is preferable to use it as a final touch (for example for sushi, sashimi, or salad dressings) rather than for cooking, considering the high quality of this product.
