Ingredients: Noodles: wheat flour, palm oil, salt, acidity regulators (452, 501, 500, 339, 450), thickener (1400, 401, 412), antioxidant (307b, 304), green tea powder. Soup Base: salty, taste and flavors (pork,scallop,clam,fish), white sugar, yeast extract, flavor enhancer (621, 627, 631), hydrolyzed soy protein, corn syrup, garlic powder (0.3%), Soy sauce powder(soybeans , wheat, salt, Chinese cabbage powder, sesame seeds (0.2%), palm oil, herbs (0.1%), dehydrated green onion, thickener (466), anti-caking agent (551), milk protein acidity regulator (300).
Allergen information: soy, fish, milk, wheat, gluten, clams, scallops.
Cooking directions:
- Add noodles to 500 ml of boiling water and cook for 3 minutes. Add the soup base in a bowl beforehand.
- Remove from the fire. Pour hot water into a bowl and melt the soup bottom, then add the noodles.
