Ingredients: sugar, gluten-free flour mix (rice flour, rice rice, potato starch, whole grain sorghum flour, tapioca flour, xanthan gum), cocoa powder, sea salt, baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch, monocalcium phosphate), natural vanilla flavor powder (sugar, corn starch, vanilla oleoresin).
Cooking instructions
What you need:
1 package Bob.s Red Mill Gluten Free Brownie Mix.
3 eggs.
1/2 cup butter, melted.
- Preheat the oven to 325F. Grease a "9x9" baking pan.
- Pour the brownie mix into the mixing bowl. Add eggs and butter and mix well. Pour the batter into the pan evenly with a spatula.
- Bake until toothpick inserted into center and mostly clean, about 30 minutes. let cool completely before slicing.
- Makes 16 brownies.
- For a thicker brownie, use the "8x8" pan and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes.
Mix it up!
For extraordinary brownies, try one or more of these delicious additions: Peanut butter, chocolate chips, peppermint extract, cinnamon, coconut flakes, chopped pecans, dried cherries, marshmallow, walnuts, instant espresso powder, orange zest.
