Hush Puppies Mix, 284g

Try adding some chopped onion to the batter before shaping them into little balls. We like to golden fry them in the hot vegetable oil that cooked our fish and then eat them right away with family and friends.

Ingredients: enriched white corn meal (corn, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), enriched wheat flour (flour, niacin, iron, thiamine, mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), sugar, dehydrated onion, salt, dextrose, sodium bicarbonate, sodium aluminum phosphate, onion powder, monocalcium phosphate, egg, garlic powder, corn syrup solids, whey (milk), soy flour.

Allergen information: wheat, egg, milk and soy.

Cooking instructions:

1. Mix 3/4 cup of water to 10oz. Hush Puppies Mix. Let mixture it for 15 minutes.
2. Pick up 1-inch balls of batter n a spoon and push batter into 350°F oil using the 2nd spoon.
3. Turn hush puppies over in a hot oil until golden brown. Drain and serve.
