Morita Shoyu is located in Okuizumo, in the Shimane prefecture, in the south of Japan. Okuizumo is very close to the famous Shinto shrine of Izumo. This region is really rich in delicious food products because of the very cold and long winter season that is ideal to make high quality fermented producteur like sake, miso or soy sauce.
Since 1903, Morita makes soy sauce from locally sourced Japanese ingredients. They put great care in their making process to elaborate flavorful soy sauces that will transmit authenticity to their consumers.
