Simple paella recipe
Preparation: (preparation time: 60 min)
Heat half the oil and put the shrimps in the pan without a cup. Remove them from the pan. Add the chopped onion. the sliced and peeled tomatoes and the cubes of 1 cm are graded with green bell pepper.
Let everything chew for about 5 minutes. Add the rest of the oil. Add the cleaned, squeezed squid and the seafood. Stir everything and take them out as soons as they open.
Add the Montsià paella dough. Stir everything around a wooden spoon. Add salt and divide the 5 bowls of heated broth over the whole pan. Turn the heat to medium-high position.
Use a mortar to grind the garlic, parsley and saffron, and add a few tablespoons of water. Divide this mixture under the rice. Add peas, squid and seafood, as soon as the stock is half cooked, decorate the paella with the red bell pepper and the mussels. Let everything cook for another 15-20 minutes. When the rice is done and the broth is evaporated, remove the pan from the heat and let the paella sit for about 3 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
