Cooking recipe : Mexican fudge
Spread 1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese on 9 x 11 or 7 x 11 baking dish. Combine 3 well beaten eggs and 1/4 jar of Mrs. Renfro's green salsa (4 oz.) and spread on cheese. Spread 1/2 lb. grated cheeseon top. Bake at 350°F for approximately 30 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Cut into 1" sqaures. Serve on tortilla chips.
