Ingredients: Chilli crab sauce - prawn (crustacean) stock (7.1%) [ water, prawn, shell, shallot, prawn, vegetable oil (palm olein), salt], tomato sauce [sugar, tomato paste, vinegar, salt, modified corn starch (acetylated distarch adipate), spices], sugar, chilli (2.7%), pasteurised egg, onion, peanut oil, shallot, garlic, salt, flavor, imitation vinegar [ water, acidity regulatorn(diluted acetic acid)], yeast exttract, ginger, peanut, salted soybean paste (soy bean, sugar, wheat flour, salt, water), sesame oil, dried shrimp (0.3%), modified waxy maize starch (acetylated distarch adipate), soy sauce [extract of soybean, wheat flour, salt, water, sugar, color (ammonia caramel), lemongrass, chilli powder (0.3%), white pepper, satbiliser (xanthan gum). chilli crab oil - vegetable oil (palm olein), prawn (crustacean), (0.2%), salt. Noodle - wheat flour salt, acidity regulators (sodium carbonate, disodium phosphate).

- put unopened packets of chilli crab oil and chili crab sauce into boiling water for 3 minutes.
- In a separate pot, put noodles into 500 mL of boiling water and boil for 6 mins. Drain away the water and put noodles on a plate.
- Mix chilli crab oil with the noodles. Then add chili cab sauce and mix well. Chilli crab flavored LaMian is ready to serve.
- For a more indulgent meal and spicier dish, at step3, you may add any cooked fresh crab meat or shellfish and cut chilli after adding chilli crab sauce.
