Ingredients:chips : cornmeal, salt and vegetable oil. Sauce : green tomato, jalapeño pepper, onion, salt, garlic artificial chicken flavor (salt, hydrolyzed vegetable protein, natural color, corn starch), vinegar, coriander, epazote, corn starch and xanthan gum.
Cooking instructions :
- Empty the contents of this sachet with San Miguel® green sauce packet into a medium pan. Add ½ cup of water mix, and cook over medium heat.
- Bring to a boil, add the tortilla chips, cover and simmer for 4 minutes. If you prefer your chilaquiles crisper, cook for just 2 minutes.
- Serve while warm with cheese, shredded chicken, onion and sour cream. Better when serve with San Miguel® refried beans.
