You can use this paste for marinating meat, fish and seafood. Aji Panca also works well in stews and soups. You can also prepare the tastiest barbecue dishes with it. In Peru, it is widely used in traditional dishes such as picantes, chupes, anticuchos, adobo, and seafood parihuela.
