This vegan black garlic sauce is made from local ingredients of plant origin and produced in Miyazaki, Japan. It contains plant-based dashi, made with kombu seaweed and shiitake mushrooms. This soup stock enhances the umami flavor of the other ingredients in this sauce, such as mirin and soy sauce. In addition, tamari soy sauce is used, without wheat, making it a gluten-free product! Black garlic is rich in nutrients and gives a delicious slightly candied taste to the sauce.
