Recipe Nasi goreng
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 1 package of spice paste for nasi goreng
- 2-3 el vegetable oil
- 250 g of peeled shrimps
- 2 scrambled eggs
- 600 g (3 cups) of cooked rice
- 2 tomatoes, cut into 8 pieces
- chopped coriander, finely stewed red chili or half egg as a garnish
- Heat the oil in a wok at moderate temperature. Add the shrimp and stir-fry 2-3 minutes.
- Put the shrimps on one side of the wok and on the other side bake the scrambled eggs. Add the rice and the pasta, mix the whole and roast for 3 minutes.
- Add the tomato pieces and roast for another 1 minute. Garnish and serve immediately.
