Also known as Mexican Tomato or Tomate de Fresadilla. They have a slightly sour, taste. They are the main ingredient of Salsa Verde and are widely used in Mexican cuisine. Tasty and nutritious. They are perfect for salsas, chutneys and jams. Perfect with an avocado salsa, delicious with pork and incredibly tasty as a sauce for enchiladas.
