Ingredients: pandan rice 100%.

Preparation:

Bring water to a boil (2.5 cups of water to 1 cup of rice). Add the rice and add salt if necessary. Let it simmer gently for 18-20 minutes with the lid closed. Remove the pan from the heat and let it stand with the lid closed for a few more minutes. Add more water for softer rice. Add less water for dry-boiling rice.
