Product information: Wu-Mu Tomoshiraga Somen, 400g Wu-Mu Tomoshiraga Somen is a high-quality Japanese wheat noodle with a silky texture and a refined taste. These noodles are ideal for preparing authentic Asian dishes such as cold Somen salads and noodle soups, creating a light and refreshing culinary experience.
Ingredients : Wheat flour, salt, water

Contains wheat. May contain traces of soya.
Preparation: Bring 1 liter of water to the boil in a large uncovered saucepan. Bring the bundles of somen together and add it to the water little by little. Don't add an entire bundle at once. Cook the noodles uncovered for 3 minutes, stirring 1 to 2 times. Rinse well under cold water and drain.
