Description
Add 1 generous spoonful of duck fat to an oven dish and place it in a preheated oven at 220°C. Wait about 10 minutes until the fat is hot. Carefully remove the dish from the oven, place the potatoes in it and cover them well with the hot duck fat. Bake the potatoes for about 45 minutes until they are wonderfully crispy and golden brown. Lets eat!
