Red Curry Paste, 50g

Ingredients: chili, lemongrass, garlic, salt, galanga, shallots, shrimp paste (shrimp, salt), kaffir lime peel, cumin powder. This product may contain traces of fish.

Cooking direction(4 portions):

Heat 1 cup of coconut milk (250 ml) together with the curry paste and stir until oil appears on top. Add 250 g of sliced beef or chicken and stir fry until it is done. Add 1 cup of coconut milk (250 ml) and bring it to boil. Add some eggplant, sweet basil and chili and cook until tender. Add fish sais to taste. Serve with vermicelli or cooked rice.
