Lobo Won Ton Soup Base, 40g

Ingredients: salt, flavour enhancer: E621, chicken fat, hydrogenated palm oil (contains antioxidant: E330 and emulsifier: E322 [soy], dextrose, chicken powder, whey powder (milk), spices (celery seeds, white pepper, parsley flakes, turmeric, ginger), soy sauce (soybeans, wheat), anti-caking agent: E551.

Allergen information: soy,milk, celery, wheat.

Cooking direction:  bring 1 liter of water to the boil. Dissolve the content of this sachet in the boiling water. Add 400 g of wontons and 200 g of sliced endive.Cover and leave for 2-3 minutes. Add sliced omelette  and serve.
