Put 1 cup of ITAMAE rice and 1.25 cups of water in a medium-sized saucepan with lid. Bring the water to a boil and let the rice cook over a low heat for 20 minutes. Then turn off the heat and leave the rice covered for about 10 minutes in the pan. Sufficient for 2.5 cup of cooked rice.
Note: When using rice cookers, add 1 cup of ITAMAE rice and 1.25 cups of water and then use instructions for rice cookers.
