Description
Ingredients: 100% Real Bonito (Katsuwonus pelamis)
- Store in a cool, dark, dry place.
Preparation: boil 500 ml of water in a pan and add the skipjack tuna. Let it cook for 4 minutes, strain out the flakes (optional) and add your favorite vegetables and meat / fish.
You can also use it as a topping.
