Traditional Japanese Hon Tsuyu sauce. Used in its original state, Hon Tsuyu is suitable for seasoning fried dishes or creating a richly flavored soup broth. Diluted, it's best for noodles and stews. It's an excellent sauce for flavoring Japanese udon, soba, and other noodles.
