This meal combines thick, perfectly chewy Japanese udon noodles with a rich, aromatic vegetable curry sauce made with miso, ginger, and garlic.
Ingredients: Noodles (67%): wheat flour, water. Soup (33%): barley miso (barley, soybean, salt), rice miso ( soybean, rice, salt), soy sauce (defatted soy , tarawe, salt), sugar, salt, 1.9% curry powder (chenpi, spices), yeast extract, ginger, garlic, 0.54% vegetable extract (dextrin, potato, onion, carrot, salt).
Directions: Boil 500ml of water. Add the noodles and stir gently. Cook for 3.5 minutes. Add the soup and stir. Serve with your favorite toppings.
