Ingredients: rice noodles (96g): rice 61%, tapioca starch.Flavoring (54g): sugar, salt, flavors (milk, soy, wheat), shrimp powder, coconut cream powder (milk), cream powder (milk), acidifier: E330, fried soy flakes, tamarind powder, soy sauce powder (soy, barley, wheat), chili powder, color: E160c, flavor enhancer: E635.
Allergen information: milk, soy, shrimp, barley, wheat.
Preparation method:
-Soak the noodles in hot water for 1-2 minutes and drain well.
- Add seasoning to 50 cc of water, stir well.
-Add 3tbs. vegetable oil and 50 g of fresh shrimp or frresh meat and 40g of tofu in a pan.
-Fry for 3 minutes or until shrimp or tofu is brown. Put noodles (from step 1) and seasoning (from step 2) in and cook well. Add 1 egg, 15 g of dried shrimp, 100 g of fresh bean sprouts, 20g Chinese chives and 30 g of crushed peanuts. Mix well and cook for an addtional 3 minutes, serve immediately.
