Ingredients: cane sugar, salt, annatto seeds, corn starch, acidity regulator : citric acid. May contain traces of wheat, crustaceans, fish, peanuts, soy and milk.
Preparation :Slice ½kg of meat. Sprinkle 1 pouch marinade mix over the meat and mix thoroughly for at least 5 minutes. For a better result, wait for 1 hour. Place meat slices on lightly greased, very hot grill. Cook one side at a time.
Traditional preparation : Place the meat in a frying pan and pour just enough water to cover the meat. Cook at medium heat until the fat is rendered and fry in its own fat.
