Nixtamalized cornflouris a flour made from corn kernels that have been pre-processed by soaking them in an alkaline liquid. This process is called nixtamalization, hence the name Masa nixtamal. The process provides an intense flavor and soft texture!

Nixtamalized white corn, iron, zinc, vitamins B1, B2 and B3, folic acid.
