Ingredients: Distilled vinegar( wheat(gluten), rice, corn, alcohol),water. Contains less than 0.05% alcohol.
Allergen information: wheat, gluten.
Uses include:
- Adding to sushi rice, with a little salt, sugar and Mizkan mirin seasoning to make traditional sushi meshi.
- Making with soy sauce to make a dipping sauce for tempura, or crumbed food.
