Ingredients: 450 g chicken meat, diced / 2 carrots, sliced / 1 cup chopped celery / ½ chopped cabbage / 1 chopped onion / ½ cup soy sauce / 1 package corn starch noodles / black pepper.

Preparation: Soak the noodles in hot water. Heat oil and fry the chicken meat until done. Remove the chicken from the pan. Boil the vegetables for a few minutes. Drain the noodles and add them to the vegetables. Add the chicken meat again with soy sauce and pepper. Garnish with spring onion. Add additional pork or shrimp if desired.
