Mother's Recipe butter chicken curry paste.
In a pan 300 g - 400 g diced boneless chicken pieces in 1 tablespoon butter fry until light brown.
Stir in 1/4 cup (80 g) Mother's Recipe Butter Chicken Spread with 1/2 cup (100 g) tomato paste and 1 cup (250 ml) water. Mix well and bring the contents to a boil.
Simmer covered for 6-7 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and the gravy starts to thicken. Stir now and then.
Stir in 1 tablespoon of butter and 1/2 cup of fresh cream. Mix well and let simmer for half a minute. Stop cooking.
Garnish with chopped fresh coriander leaves and a drizzle of fresh cream.
