Naogen Soy Sauce with Sansho, 120ml

This soy sauce is made with marudaizu soy sauce. After a fermentation of one year, the marudaizu soy sauce has a subtle sweet taste and is very rich in umami. It is blended with Sichuan and sansho pepper for freshness and a hint of spice, then aged in wooden barrels for a year.

Ingredients: soy sauce (water, soy beans, wheat , salt) (70%), water (21.2%), sansho pepper (4%), Sichuan pepper (3%), alcohol (1.6%), polysaccharide thickeners (E412, E415, Starch hydrolyzate, Salt) (0.2%).
