Ingredients: Noodle:wheat flour, palm oil, salt, acidity regulators (452, 501, 500, 339, 450), thickener (1400, 401, 412), antioxidant (307b, 304), green tea powder. Soup base: sal, flavour enhancer (621, 627, 631), yeast extracts, white sugar, onion powder, flavour and flavouring [chicken (0.2%), pork], hydrolyzed soy protein, Chinese cabbage powder, garlic powder, soy sauce (soybeans, wheat, salt), spices, dehydrated green onion, anticaking agent (551), acidity regulator (330). Seasoning oil: sesame oil (0.8%), rice oil flavour and flavouring, colour (160b, 160c).
Allergen information: wheat, soy and gluten.
- Add noodles into 500ml of boiling water and cook for 3 minutes. Add soup base into a bowl in advance.
- Remove from heat. Pour hot water into a bowl and melt soup base, then add noodles.
- Finally, stir well and serve.
