Zeer lekker. Kende het vanuit England en moeilijk te verkrijgen hier. Maar nu weet ik het.

I used these in a dish made with venison and Guinness. They gave it a nice bit of sharpness. I will be ordering these again to have on hand for cheese platters. The will be great with cheddar or a nice 'oude' or 'overjarige' cheese.
