Cooking instructions: Marinated chicken Tikka recipe. serves 4
- Mix together a 1/4 jar of Patak's Tikka Spice Marinade and 70g natural yogurt.
- Add 500g large diced chicken pieces to the paste and yogurt mixture. Cover and place in the fridge for a few hours, or for best results, leave overnight to develop a fuller flavor.
- Grill under a preheated hot grill for approximately 15 minutes the chicken is completely cooked through.
