How to prepare a risotto:

Ingredient for 4 people:

• 350 g Gallo rice for risotto
• 1l. meat-wet (chicken or vegetables)
• 1 finely chopped onion1
• glass of white wine (dry)
• 40 g of butter
• cream
• parmesan or another grated cheese
• salt
  You may add mushrooms, saffron, seafood, etc. to prepare a tasty risotto such as in Italy.
