S&B Flavored Matcha Salt, 29g

S&B Matcha Salt is a Japanese seasoning made with aromatic Uji matcha and mild salt from Okinawa. It has a fresh, vegetal flavour with a subtly bitter note and adds an attractive pale-green colour to your dishes.

In Japan, Matcha Salt is traditionally served as a dipping salt with tempura. It also pairs beautifully with grilled or fried fish, prawns, tofu, rice, noodles, edamame, potatoes and roasted vegetables. Sprinkle a small amount over your dish just before serving or serve it separately as a dipping salt.
