We can't open the doors of our Sylvia's Restaurant without greens. Our customer says. "that's what I'm here for. I love your greens". Growing up, we ate greens almost every day so I had lots of practice making them taste just right. You'll love our canned greens and not just because all the work of cleaning and cooking them is done.
Just last week, a regular told me she was rushing and bought our greens in a can for the first time. She said, "Girl, I took those greens home, and they taste just like the ones in the Restaurant." She didn't think greens in a can could taste like that. They're smokin'!

Ingredients: Collard greens, water, monosodium glutamate, sugar, salt hydrolyzed soy protein, corn gluten and wheat gluten with partially hydrogenated cottonseed and soy oil, white distilled vinegar, dehydrated garlic, rendered bacon fat and bacon bits (contains natural smoke flavor water, salt, sugar, sodium phosphate, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrate), lard, disodium inosinate, natural flavor (contains natural smoke flavor), gelatin, silicon dioxide, disodium inosinate, smoked pork fat. Already cooked, Heat and eat.
Allergen information: wheat (wheat gluten) and soybeans (hydrolyzed soy protein). May contain peanut.
Cooking instructions: Already cooked. To cook, gently simmer contents in a saucepan, or zap in a microwave-safe dish, until hot. For a quick, delicious meal, add some smoked meat like ham, turkey or sausage. For serious heat, add some of our Kicking Hot, Hot Sauce, or Sizzilin' Hot Spice.
