Cooking instruction: add 1 cup of Yume-Nishiki rice 1.5 cups of water in a medium saucepan. Bring the water to the boil and leave the rice covered for about 10 minutes before serving. Enough for approx. 2.5 cups of cooked rice.
When using rice cookers, place 1 cup of Yume-Nishiki rice and 1.5 cups of water in the rice cooker. Then follow the instructions for your rice cooker.
