Description
Ingredients: Galangal, shallots, soybean oil , sugar, salt, red chili, dried shrimp , lemongrass, turmeric. No added MSG, preservatives or artificial colors.
Allergens: contains soy, shrimp.
Singapore Laska Recipe (Coconut Curry Noodle Dish)
Ingredients for 3 persons:
- 1 packet of Singapore Laska Herbal Paste
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 250 g chicken fillet, cut into pieces
- 330 ml coconut milk
- 220 ml water
- 125 g rice vermicelli or egg noodles, cooked according to the instructions on the package
- 100 g bean sprouts (blanch and drain) as garnish.
Preparation:
- Heat the oil in a saucepan, add the chicken and herb paste and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
- Add the coconut milk and water and simmer uncovered on low heat for 5 minutes.
- Pour the entire sauce over the noodles and garnish the dish with the bean sprouts.
