Indonesian vegetable curry recipe

Ingredients for 4 people:

• 1 pack of spice paste for Indonesian vegetable curry
• 2 tbsp vegetable oil
• 450 g mixture of chopped cabbage, green beans and fried tofu
• 440 ml coconut milk or milk
• curry leaves as garnish (optional)

Preparation :

1. Heat the oil in a saucepan over a medium temperature. Add the spice paste and stir-fry for ½ minute.
2. Add the coconut milk, vegetables and tofu and bring to the boil.
3. Cook for 20 minutes until everything is done. Serve it with rice or bread.
