Description
Ingredients: shallot, salt, palm oil, garlic, turmeric, pepper, korinader, ginger, laos, cumin.
Method of preparation:
Boil the chopped chicken or two crabs (about 1 kg) in water for about 30 minutes with bamboo bumbu herbs until the meat is cooked. Stirring occasionally. Add 2 cups of coconut milk and 2 cups of water, stirring and simmer for 5 minutes.
