A delicious accompaniment made with fragrant mint leaves. I love our mint jelly with a traditional Sunday roast. I also like to use this as a glaze for new potatoes or fresh peas. Delicious!
Ingredients: sugar, water, white wine vinegar, acid (acetic acid), mint (1%), gelling agent (pectin), Carthamus concentrate, spirulina concentrate, flavouring. store in a cool dry place. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 4 weeks.
