The vinegar smells really good.
I can't say anything about the taste in salads etc. because I use the vinegar to pretreat (pre-soak) fleece liners and fleece items (for my guinea pigs) to optimize the suction properties of them (absorbing the piggies pee).
I think that that vinegar works at least wonderful here.
