Dried black fungus is also known as: Cloud ears or mouse ears. It grows on trees in mountainous areas, is gray-brown in color and is often used in Asian cuisine, especially Chinese cuisine. You can add the rehydrated black mushrooms to stir-fries, soups, stews or salads.
Ingredients: dried black mushrooms (A. auricula-judea), concoction: [E220] sulphites.
- Store in a dry and cool place
 - out of direct sunlight
 - Rinse well before use
 
Preparation: Soak in warm water for 20-30 minutes until the mushrooms are soft and flexible
Storage advice: Store closed and in a dry place
