Mee Chun Ground Bean Sauce, 450g

Ground fermented soybeans in spicy sauce, a seasoning in Chinese cuisine. Boiled soybeans are mixed with water, salt, and a little wheat flour and fermented in jars in the sun. The flavor is salty, similar to Maggi. Delicious in stir-fries.
