Description
Unlike the thicker and chewier udon noodles common in Japanese cuisine, Inaniwa Flat Udon is characterized by its thin, flat shape and lighter, more refined consistency.
Instructions: Place the udon in boiling water, cook for 1 minute, stir well. Add spices and enjoy.
Ingredients: Wheat flour , water, corn starch, salt, thickener (sodium alginate (E401)), acidity regulator (sodium hydrogen carbonate (E500(ii)), acidity regulator (lactic acid (L-, D- and DL-) (E270) ).
