Using traditional open copper pans, the highest quality citrus fruit and our authentic methods, we ensure rich fruit flavours in every batch and that special home-made taste you expect from mackays.
Ingredients: sugar, limes (13%), lemons (12%), acidity regulators: sodium citrate & citric acid, gelling agent: fruit pectin. Prepared with 25 g per 100 g. Total sugar content 65 g per 100 g.
