Description
Sempio Korean Doenjang soybean paste. Doenjang is a traditional Korean sauce made from fermented soybeans. Its literal translation is "thick pasta. It is the basic ingredient of many Korean dishes such as Doenjang-jjigae.
Ingredients: water, soy 32%, salt, wheat , alcohol, koji (Aspergillus oryzae).
Allergy information: soy and wheat.
Storage advice: keep cool and dry. Keep refrigerated after opening.
Cooking instructions:doenjang-jjigae
- Prepare a stoneware pot. Add potato, onion, garlic, zucchini, green chili pepper, shrimp and dried anchovies.
- Add the water, just enough to cover everything.
- When it starts to boil, add the fermented bean paste, stir the stew, and continue cooking for another 15 to 20 minutes.
