This is the BEST nixtamal corn flour I've ever had. All Mexicans like my self know that fresh masa is the best type to produce such great tasting tortillas but since there's no molinos in the Netherlands I've had to reach for the pajage type now everyone I know reaches for the maseca because it's the most know brand but that is NOT A good flour for tortilla making the thing is tart because they add a bad ratio of Kalk and its also blended to fine so u get a weird consistency n texture in ir mouth.. but THIS Brand my gosh I almost cried to how PERFECT it was. No Lime(Kalk) taste Perfect grind that makes a dough with a traditional feel and the tortillas are Perfect every time. For me this is my brand for life.

This taste exactly how a real mexican maiz dough should taste reminded me of the ones from Tlaxcala Mexico were my family is from.

I'm Mexican and I was surprised to be able to find a different flour than Maseca. Naturelo is the best corn flour I've been able to buy in The Netherlands, the texture and flavour is really good, tortillas end up being fluffy and soft.
