Suggestion for ingredients (5 portions):
Beef (or chicken, lamb, shrimp) 450g, onions 370g, carrots 85-140g, potatoes 140g. * All ingredients are preferably cut *, 1 tablespoon oil, water: 540 ml and 1 bag of Golden curry mix.
- Stir fry the meat and vegetables with the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
- Add water and bring it to the boil. Turn down the heat and let it simmer for approx. 15 minutes until the ingredients are soft.
- Turn off the heat, break S & B Golden curry sauce mix into pieces and add it to the frying pan. Stir until the sauce mix is melted. Let the mixture simmer for about 5 minutes with constant stirring.
- Serve the meat and vegetable mixture warm with rice or noodles.
