Description
Japanese sweet cooking wine.
Mirin is a sweet Japanese rice wine that consists of 40-50% sugar. Use in cooking or as an application in marinades for teriyaki or yakitori for example. Not suitable as a drink.
Ingredients : Water, glutinous rice, fermentation culture, distillate (shochu), alcohol, glucose syrup.
