Tepung Kentucky Original, 150g
Ingredients: Wheat flour, salt, spices and herbs (white pepper, black pepper, garlic, onion, leek, basil, rosemary, chilli powder), flavour enhancer (E621).
Allergen information: wheat.
- Cut ½ kg of chicken into pieces.
- Season the chicken with kentucky spice mix and leave it for 30 minutes or leave it overnight in the fridge.
- Make a batter with 1 tablespoon of the dry flour with 6 tablespoons of water.
- Cover pieces of chicken evenly with the batter.
- Press the rest of the flour mixture onto the pieces of chicken.
- Fry the chicken in hot oil over medium heat until it is cooked until crispy and golden brown.
